As Engineering Manager for one of our user-facing Password Manager teams, you will lead and empower one of our most prominent development teams at 1Password. You will help craft our vision and make it a reality through creative engineering and identifying required solutions to hard problems. You will be responsible for tactical execution by the team, helping to coordinate activities such as cycle planning, design reviews, and project planning.
Manage 5-7 engineers on Beacon's Datastore Team, coaching them to pursue opportunities to grow their impact at Beacon, and guiding them to overcome challenges along their journey. Develop a deep understanding of the Datastore Team's activity and products to facilitate continuous improvement of the team's internal processes. Cultivate an environment where engineers are empowered to learn constantly and collaboratively.
As Senior Front-end Engineer, you will produce and implement functional software solutions for web clients using React.js. You will define software requirements with the Enterprise Architect and lead operational and technical projects independently with excellent organization and problem-solving skills to develop high-quality software aligned with user needs and business goals.
